Irish Dance Costumes

For as long as I can remember, I have loved to sew and create - and of course to dance! I began Irish dancing at the age of five, and by seven years old I was hand embroidering my own costumes.

My passion continued all through school, gaining 'A' grades for all official textile/needlework examinations, and I graduated top of my university class, gaining a qualification in Clothing Technology.

I worked as a senior clothing and fabric technologist for a major UK clothing store for ten years, until my main passion for Irish dancing and making costumes took over completely.

Life has revolved around this ever since.
