Skirt has all around wired multi layer ruffles in bright white with silver sequin & black velvet applique. The pink/black bodice & sleeves with detachable cuffs feature bold Celtic knot work. Finishing touches: Sweeping, sculptured shawl, black/white harlequin lining & added rhinestones.
